Christoph is the Sales Director DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and Iberica (Spain, Portugal).
The role of Sales, among the classic task, is to maintain a close relationship with end customers in food and chemical industry (with high importance in the Iberica region) and OEM customers in the DACH region who use our products in their applications and also export them internationally. Therefore, ensuring a high degree of distributing Fike products worldwide.
Our department works with customers to understand their needs and wishes in order to find and implement solutions. With this information we contribute to the development of innovative solutions safeguarding Fike’s future as partner to our customers. We also provide trainings and workshops to customers and partners to ensure that Fike’s products are used in the most effective way and that our high quality standards are maintained at the plant site.
Fike Europe began supporting customers the 1980s.
Since 1984 the local sales departments of Fike in Europe have supported customers on-site. I joined the team in 2018.
Christoph’s Experience and Education:
I have a degree in engineering and business. Experience in multilingual sales, market research, leadership of multicultural employees. I have worked for many years in industrial engineering with components and systems in the automation industry. Contact maintenance through professional associations, local events and social media has been part of my daily work.
