This is important to Fike because I do my best to be the contact person to improve processes within Fike to improve customer experience. Customer service is very important within Fike because we take care of the order entry. We have the most contact with the customer about everything that is not technical and when the order is placed, we are an important point of contact for the customer and a big support for the sellers.
When was Fike Europe’s sales support team first established?
Fike Europe opened in 1984 with engineering, sales, manufacturing. The sales support team as we know it today started about 20 years ago. I joined the team in 2016.
