To ensure security of any transfers to the above-described parties, we have taken the following measures: If we engage a third-party processor to process your Personal Data, the processor will be subject to binding contractual obligations to: (i) only process the Personal Data in accordance with our prior written instructions; (ii) use measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data; together with any additional requirements under applicable law; and (iii) We have a mandatory Fike Corporation data Privacy Policy, as set forth herein.

10. California

If you are a resident of California as defined in the California Code of Regulations (18 CCR § 17014), you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”):
