IG-541 - Fike Premier Inert Agent

The Fike Inert Gas System equipped with IG-541 is one of the industry’s only inert gas fire suppression systems that is UL/FM approved for two-minute discharge and at a constant low pressure (609 psi / 42 bar).

This low discharge rate effectively reduces the required amount of piping and ventilation and eliminates the chance for equipment damage which may be caused by aggressive initial discharge from other inert gas systems.

Fike Inert Gas System Flow Rate

The Fike Inert Gas System is available with the following agent:

Fike Inert Gas - 541

IG-541 (N2 52% | AR 40% | CO2 8%) - UL/FM, LPCB

Fike Inert Gas - 100

IG-100 (N2 100%) - UL/FM, LPCB

Fike Inert Gas - 55

IG-55 (N2 50% | AR 50%) - UL/FM, LPCB

How Fike Inert Gas System Makes Fire Protection More Simple & Cost Effective

All inert gas fire suppression systems have zero environmental impact, meaning they are PFAS free, safe for occupied spaces and future-proof against regulations. The following unique advantages make Fike Inert Gas Systems and its proprietary Fike Slide Valve stand out from other inert gas systems:

flexible design system

High Design Flexibility

Regardless of where it’s stored, a single-banked cylinder set can protect multiple zones and reach nearly any location, reducing hardware costs compared to individual room-specific systems.

lower cost of ownership

Lower Cost of Ownership

Inert gases are significantly cheaper to refill than HFCs or FKs, and Fike’s partnerships in the industry removes any supply chain risks and long-term costs.

simplified management

Simplified Management

Uniform cylinder sizes and fill levels reduce logistics and spare part complexity, and faster cylinder swaps result in minimal downtime and lower business disruption costs.

scalable for multi sites

Scalability for Multi-Sites

Large organizations can standardize Fike Inert Gas Systems across all locations, reducing spare parts inventory, maintenance training and operational costs.
